Fulcrum Spotlight: Tristin Tauzin

Tristin came to Fulcrum with very little sales experience- but you would never know. He went through our rigorous Apprenticeship Program, which includes training, coaching, role-playing, and real-world prospecting experience. He came on full-time after that and has been non-stop ever since!

Whether it’s making 100+ calls a week or setting appointments for our clients, Tristin’s positive attitude and drive to constantly improve his craft makes him an invaluable asset- both to our team and yours.

What’s the best thing about Fulcrum?

Either the culture we have or the feeling when you set an appointment. There is nothing better than a win, especially when we all celebrate each others wins. Our team is unlike any other.

What has been one of your proudest moments working at Fulcrum?

My proudest moment at Fulcrum has to be the week I set 17 appointments. Doing that was an incredible feeling, but beating my previous record was what I really cared about. Fulcrum has taught me that I’m not competing with anyone but myself. It pushes me to constantly do better and strive for more. That’s why I love it here.
